Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled experience.

You may reschedule your reservation without penalty by submitting a request through our official contact channels at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled experience will receive a 50% refund.

No refunds are provided for no-shows. Failure to arrive at the scheduled date, time, and location will be considered a no-show.

If Miami Sky Experiences cancels the flight due to technical issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances affecting safety or operations, you will receive a full refund.

Service Rules

 

• Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled experience.

• Present a valid photo ID.

• Passengers must be at least 5 years old. Minors traveling without parents must contact us in advance.

• All passengers must sign a liability waiver before the flight.

• Maximum weight: 250 lbs (113 kg) per passenger.

• Closed-toe shoes are required. High heels are not permitted.

• Smoking and flying under the influence of alcohol or other substances are prohibited.

• Please avoid bringing large bags or backpacks. Lockers for personal belongings are available at no extra cost.

• No outside food or drinks are allowed on board the aircraft.

• Passengers who do not check in at least 20 minutes before the scheduled time may have their tour shortened or may miss their flight without a refund.​
