Cancellation Policy

We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled date and time of the experience. Reservations may be rescheduled without penalty if a request is submitted via our official contact methods at least 24 hours prior to the booked time. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled date and time, only a 50% refund of the amount paid will be issued. No refunds will be granted for "No-Shows" (if you fail to show up for your experience at the established date, time, and location, it will be considered a "no-show" and no refund will be provided). In the event that Miami Sky Experiences cancels the flight due to technical reasons, weather conditions, or any unforeseen circumstances affecting safety or flight operations, a full 100% refund of the amount paid will be issued. • Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the scheduled time of your experience and flight. • Present a valid photo ID. • Passengers must be 5 years of age or older. Minors not traveling with their parents must contact us in advance. • All passengers must sign a liability waiver prior to the flight. • Maximum weight: 250 lbs (113 kg) per passenger. • If a passenger weighs more than 250 lbs (113 kg), they will not be able to fly and will not be entitled to a refund. • The total combined weight for a group of 2 or 3 passengers cannot exceed 480 lbs (218 kg). • Closed-toe shoes are required (high heels are not permitted). • Smoking is strictly prohibited, and flying under the influence of alcohol or other substances is not allowed. • Please avoid bringing large bags or backpacks; lockers are available to store personal items. • Outside food or drinks are not permitted on board the aircraft. • Passengers who fail to arrive and check in at least 20 minutes before the scheduled time may have their tour duration reduced or may forfeit their flight without a refund. • The exact flight route may vary due to weather, operational safety, air traffic control instructions, and availability. Views of the Hard Rock Stadium area are subject to operational conditions and do not constitute a guaranteed flyover.
